Ohlins spring rate by weight

Hi.
Is there any way of knowing what is the correct spring rate depending your weight?? My weight on gear is 95 kg. I ride mostly two up and my girlfriends weight on gear is 80 kg. Plus around 35 kg of luggage. A total of 210 kg more or less.
Do you think that the Ohlins spring 1096-54/140 would be ok for my need? Or should I go higher? Next one would be 59/150 meaning 857 lb/in.

Sir, we are close to the same weight. After talking with Penske, they have suggested a 900 Lbs/In for my bike with luggage.
