I have been trying to sort out why the Sag with rider on the Ohlins Spec sheet was 74mm and being the Sag for Yamaha was approx 54mm and I could get no answers, just had a eureka moment the length of the factory Spring when fitted is 190 installed, the free length of the Ohlins spring is 220 losing 12mm when installed meaning fitted length is 208, 35% percentage would be 72mm
This now makes sense, anybody with an Ohlins setup should consider this as trying to bring the Sag to 54mm is giving a false reading
