Well, the day has FINALLY arrived! Fly out today to Little Rock to pick up my new (to me) FJR! Much as I enjoyd the SuperT, the FJR remains my all-time favorite steed and I'm anxious to get back on one.

So, if you see an old fart with a red darien jacket riding a '13 FJR anywhere between Conway AR and Loveland CO - WAVE!!!!!

I love 'em both. Honk if you come through Oklahoma City. Enjoy the 2013 FJR, they are great bikes with some nice upgrades. ::008::

Yep, along with the ST1100 and the V-Strom, the FJR and SuperT have been my favotites over the years. Plus the TransAlp still has a special place in my heart.

I'll be coming through OKC very early Wednesday morning on my final leg of the trip home after spending Tuesday night with a buddy in Harrah OK.

I'll honk!!!!

Good luck, Rod. Be safe. Let's be careful out there. At least it's a Yamaha, so we'll allow it. Better getter done, son. R ::003:: ::008::

Hey, be careful, we are expecting some heavy weather here in Oklahoma on Tuesday night into Wednesday and Thursday. I used to be a police officer in the town just west of Harrah, Choctaw, OK.

Thanks for the heads-up on the weather! What areas are affected? I looked at the OKC and Harrah forecast and it did not look that bad - other than HEAT.

they have downgraded the forecast now, but you never know about Oklahoma. 20% is sometimes a 100% chance of Tornadoes and thunderstorms... ::025:: Just keep your eyes open. Are you going 35 to Salina and west, Amarillo to Raton and north or up through the Oklahoma panhandle and into SE Colorado?

I really would like the FJR and keep the Tenere as well. You're selling the Tenere?
He sold it it about 4 weeks ago.
