OEM pannier parts ?

I just picked up a 17 es. One thing I’ve found is that the left side OEM case is cracked on the lid base where it mounts to the hanger. I’ve had no luck searching for and replacement parts for these OEM cases. I’m kinda on a tight budget so would rather repair it over replacement of the OEM set. Anyone had any luck sourcing parts for the OEM boxes, or have an old set available for parts? Thanks in advance for any information

No help with repairs, other than plastic welding or epoxy. But the reason it failed at the top mount is likely due to the bottom mount not carrying any load. With the pannier mounted, loosen all of the lower mount bolts and peg mount bolts, then push the bottom mount up until it touches the pannier and tighten the bolts. This does make it more difficult to fasten the pannier in place but it ensures the stronger bottom mount is carrying most of the load.

Make sure the rubber cap isn’t missing on the bottom mount.
