I caught the top corner of the right pannier on a post and was wondering if anyone has repaired/replaced just that piece? there is a plastic housing that holds a nut and a bolt that that secures it from the underside of the lid. I looked for just the plastic piece but cannot find a part number for that. I could by a whole new lid but that is expensive and I would have to figure out how to take the hinge apart or disassemble it for the peice that I need. I could buy a whole new case but even more expensive.

Has any repaired this and or does anyone have a broken case and would want to sell the little plastic piece?

As far as repairing. I tried using some silicone but the wind still got under the aluminum sheet on the lid and it would not stay. My next idea is glue some wood or something inside the corner and use a wood screw but that seems pretty lame.

I have a broken case that I kept for spare parts.
I can send you that corner-piece.
PM me with your address, and I'll mail it to you..........No-charge.
Just a "pay it forward" thing.

It may take me a couple days to dig it out of my Shed though.

Something that is fantastic for repairing plastic bits and fairings lugs is Plastex. Works well!
You could buy up the corner piece with the lug back in there and fit as it’s supposed to.

NO, that part of the Box had broken off on mine.
I still have most of the box, but it is in fact broken where it mounts to the frame-rack.

Not sure if that bracket piece is interchangeable from left or right?
If it is, that would open up your search to either side box!

Unfortunately I only have the one spare broken box.
I sold my complete OEM set some time ago, and went with a full Bumot aftermarket setup.
