All, sorry if this post is a duplicate, but I tried to search for the last half hour and can't find the info I am looking for. One of the issues is the forum does not let you search for three letter words. I am going to buy the Rox 2" Pivot Risers for my 2015, but I can't seem to find what the handlebar diameter to choose. It looks like 7/8" and 1 1/8" are the two options. Does anyone know? Also these are now sold in four color/finish options. I am assuming the "clear anodized" finish will match the OEM bars? It is tough to tell from the Revzilla site.

Here is a link to the 1 1/8" risers for reference: https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/rox-2-pivot-risers-for-1-18-handlebars

Thanks in advance!!

Ours are 1 1/8. If you look closely at the bars they are bigger in the center where your mounts go then taper down at the ends where the controls mount. That being 7/8. Some bars are 7/8 end to end.

As for the clear anodized finish my guess it will be close. I would consider ours to be mat finish.

Let me know what you think of them. Been thinking about this or just taller bars with a different bend That way kill 2 birds with 1 rock
And don't forget I believe you will need longer lines.

Thanks! Will do. Right now I just have the spacer type of riser. It worked great with my prior seat setup, but I recently scored a RDL seat and the seating position is not great with the bars anymore. I also plan on getting the Altrider mod to relocate the brake/clutch lines. It is only about $6 on Revzilla. I have heard this mod works great for the Rox 2" risers.

By the way, if I go this route, I will have the spacer risers available if anyone is interested.

I have bought a set of Rox bar risers, but have not yet installed them. Will I have a problem with the lines being too short? What has your experience been?

I used the Altrider mod kit that helps you relocate the clutch and brake cable mount points. This gains enough slack for the 2" Rox risers to work. Worked pretty well for me. I don't think it would have worked without doing this mod.

Thanks. Are the instructions provided with the Altrider mod kit so that it is easy to figure out how to relocate the cables as needed to make this mod work? I am not a mechanic . . . .

You can watch a video of the instructions on the AltRider site too. It's a zip tie, cable clamp, a piece of rubber hose and your time. You can buy the parts at any hardware store to do the job.

Yep, there are instructions and the video that Major E just posted as well. He is also correct, this is some basic stuff you can get at the hardware store if you know what you are looking for. It is pretty easy. The hard part for me is trying to work in that small little space. There is not much room where the cable connections are so by the time you put your hand in there you can't see what you are doing. But it just took a bit of time and was not hard.
