Howdy, I'm new here, been looking at the Super Tenere since announcements. I've heard there is a great deal of NOS '12s out there. Anybody care to share if they've seen one? Perhaps in the Super Secret squirrel black?

From the title I thought a member just watched Fast & Furious 6 and wanted to put nitrous on their bike.
So did I. I was going to make a suggestion of just flashing his bike.

There is a new black one at Rock River Powersports in WI and it is in the range that most new dealers will go down to. They have had it for a long time, comes and goes on e-bay every two weeks, make an offer. I had my dealer down to $12,200 OTD new black, then went with 2013. Cycletrader is best for new pricing/availability, e-bay for used and this forum is by far the best way to find trusted owners who have some great rides. Not much out there now, it is riding season! Good luck!

Think I'd skip the NOS and just start with a blower?!

You guys rock!

Yes, Southern WI. Rock River PS is in Jefferson I believe, just up the road. Thanks again!

Also, where would I find the build differences between '11, 12, and '13? FAQ area...?

I think the differences are pretty much just color variations. Of course, the blue NOS versions are the fastest!

Yeah, the more I herd this 570# dirt bike on the trails the more I'm convinced I am that it needs about 50 more hp. :D

None really to speak of, other than the color changes. US bikes are '12 and '13 only, the "11" models are early delivery '12's.
