Hi All

I am from Kent in the UK and just picked up new to me a 2013 matt grey S10. I hope this bike lives up to my dreams as I wanted a Super Tenere the moment my best friend rolled up on a lovely XTZ 750 back in 96 and twenty years later it is still going. I am sure I will be asking for all your expert advice one way or another and from reading many of your posts on this forum you all seem like a very friendly bunch.

Welcome! Matte grey is unique and needs a different type of care. Certainly, no waxing.

UK weather is pretty harsh on the spokes, so if it is still shiny, you may want to wax it or put some protection over it with regular maintenance.
