I rode near bath on my rental MT09 Tracer about a month ago. I noticed that the S10 is few and far between with most seeming to prefer BMW.

I had a 1150GS before this which was 20 years old, and had 60k miles on it. I was looking to get a 1200GSA but for my budget there are a lot of rough ones out there, and it would have been 3-4 years older than my S10. I paid 3k for the Yamaha privately, it’s a 2011 with 37k miles and full dealer history, the equivalent age /miles 1200GSA would have cost me £2000 more easily.
On paper they both match up well, time will tell, but I’d like to think I got it right to!!
What part of Aus are you in?

And likely more than that in the long run. It's hard to beat the Tenere's reliability.

I think you got the better part of the deal even if we are a little biased on here Look after the bike and you’ll get a quarter million miles out of it without any problem at all. No joke.
I’m on the east coast just a little north of Brisbane in the Sunshine Coast area (I think Florida has a Sunshine Coast as well but I’m not in the USA)
