Hi everyone from South Africa! I am wanting to buy a Super 10 and I have 2 choices which I need your advice with. The first option is a 2010 model with crash bars, back box, silencer, extra screen and lights etc and is a one owner bike that has been maticulously cared for with 29000k's on it. The other choice is a 2015 model that has no extras, no service history and looks like it may have a had a bit of a hard life and has done 55000k's. No damage but the centre stand is missing and it just looks like it needs a bit of TLC.Both similar in price, what one would you take?

I would go with the 2010 because you have a better idea of what you will be getting. The 2015 seems to have been punished it's whole life.

See y'all? I told you I'm differ'nt/weird. I'd go with the '15. More refined and has cruise. It's likely missing the center stand because it's not an ES, and "over there" only the ES gets a center stand. We know that mileage is not a big issue with the big girl, as long as the oil has been cared for. From the picture, I can't see any glaring signs of abuse on either. I am curious why the '10 has OE bag mounts, but no OE bags. And does that big silver top box not come with the '15?

Welcome from Texas Roger. I'm thinking that you'll be happy with either one, but yeah, I would go with the '15.

I would go for the 15 also. More bells and whistles. At the same time a few of the minor Gen 1 gremlins have also been addressed. It lacks farkles but those can be addressed. 55,000 K is really not that much for these beasts.

Their colors for the years don't match ours. But, I thought those gorgeous blue rims were on later models everywhere. And I don't remember blue shock coils.

Welcome aboard Roger,

The ‘15 is prettier and the bikes are pretty bulletproof. The ‘10 has got a good history and farkles. Not a hard choice buy the one your heart goes to.

If the '15 comes with the top case, I'd be inclined that way. Like others, I don't see any obvious signs of serious neglect on the 15. Are the odometer numbers you quote in miles or kilometers?

That said, get whichever you're drawn to and do not look back.

Welcome and good luck with the decision! Either machine looks good (in pics!!) but, I'd go with the '15 due to the incremental improvements over the '10. If possible, ride both bikes. That'll make the decision for you.
