While I know many here might think it counter to all that is reasonable, I'm loking to change my T's spoked wheels to alloy/mag.
I'm ufortunately having a hard time finding some, does anyone of know of any being made?

Tnx in advance, Vit

This has been talked about before and as of now there are none to be found. It seems the after market wheel makers are not found of adventure bikes. Maybe the market is too small for them to take on the expense.

Is that you Vittorio? Welcome! ::003::

There are no mags available that I'm aware of. Despite some folks having issues with the spoked wheels, the market for mag wheels for this bike is just not there (yet). IMHO we're still a long way off before the aftermarket produces a suitable mag, if ever. Perhaps the next generation S10 will have that option (similar to what Triumph offers with the Explorer).

I use to know of a custom mag maker... I think they where in South America if I remember correctly.. They made custom mags for cruisers with a drive shaft.. Back in the day I checked them all out and they are a legitimate business and had seen and heard from customers that dealt with them... The major draw back was price.. If I remember correctly they where about $3K US..... Im sure you could google for custom cast wheel makers and within fifteen minutes find someone...

The Super Tenere uses a unique ABS sensor system, at this time. You might be able to swap a 2013 FJR rear wheel, despite it being wider, if you can find one. If they are using the same generation of ABS sensor rotor...

I have not compared the '13 FJR sensor rotor to the Super Tenere's. But the '13 FJR shares many of the Super Tenere's designs, like throttle by wire and traction control, if subtly different.

I did see 30" wheels and tires today in Laughlin, NV at the River Run. Stupid/crazy stuff. And I'd love to have cast wheels too.
