Hi! After many years of looking and window shopping I’ve upgraded from my old 2007 V-Strom 650 to a 2014 Super Tenere non-es.
I’m loving the Super Tenere so far, it’s set up with factory luggage and RDL seats for rider and passenger.
I can’t wait to get this thing out on some tours and see you on the road!

Welcome, from Texas. In case you don't know, press down on the box lids while turning the key. The latches are kinda on the weak side. I have the same boxes, and I like them, but the latches are their Achilles Heel.

That was my path too...I went from a 2012 V-Strom 650 to a brand new 2014 Super Tenere standard, and it was the best motorcycle decision I ever made. It fits me like I had a hand in the design process. Keep up with basic maintenance, and it'll easily take you 100,000 miles and more.

Welcome to the forum. Kentucky has some great roads to explore!

Congratulations on the nicely setup Tenere !
You are lucky to own a year when Yamaha could still afford to paint the front fender a matching color.
