Hello All,
I bought a new 2015' Yamaha Super Tenere ES a month ago and I've since logged over 2,400 miles. I'm located in south western Pennsylvania. I'm happy with the low maintenance and cheap tire options for this bike. I've made a few adjustments:
added battery tender
added heated gear plug
OEM Tall screen
Wind deflectors
Moose Expedition 57liter panniers Black
I also have the Seat Concepts Low Seat on its way, I'm looking forward to giving it a go.

That's a serious start. I am logging miles at a similar pace. Just such a comfortable bike.
I ride well over 200 miles round trip to and from work. I also ride a good bit 2 up with my son on the back, on my days off. Like you, I enjoy riding this bike a bunch. My son and I just rode 100 miles yesterday and I had told him I really like the feel of the LOW Seat Concepts seat I now have on this Tenere. I like the fact I can flat foot and I can move around when I need a change in seating position. Then, when all else fails I can stand up for a bit here and there. I plan on adding a Yoshimura RS4 slip on to the tenere in the future(I love the sound of an aftermarket pipe when the grip is twisted). This bike is a great scooter! Other than my Road King, I'd rate this the best bike I've owned. I just love throwing a leg over it, whether it's to the store or a long distance tour.
