Hello all

Been wanting to do some longer trips. Wanted a do anything-go anywhere kind of bike. A couple months of research led me to the Tenere. Found a sweet deal and I'm very pleased so far. Now for a little luggage and crash protection and..................ah, you guys know the story already!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone!

When I decided on this as my next bike (was also considering a Triumph Explorer) the search was on for the best deal I could find. That made me even happier about my choice. $10,799, such a good deal I opted for the full 4 extra years of warranty with the YES program.

I'm going to try to go real slow on the farkles. Start with luggage (still can't decide, so many options),some crash protection later and tires when I dabble in some off roading, heated grips maybe.............I'm in trouble!
