Hello all,
This is the first forum I've ever joined after trolling here for a few years. There is so much awesome information here, I appreciate all the sharing. I have been out of motorcycling for 10 years after I sold my Vstrom 1000. I am getting back into it though and love the S10. My wife rides with me and we will primarily use it for touring. We moved to the Waco, TX area last Nov from Colorado, and really like Texas. We were done with the snow and cold. Hoping to get a bike soon.

Because it's great out there, and natives will move to Texas for money. I know I did, even though I regret it now.

Expenses were getting out of control and it's getting crowded in the larger metros and we wanted out the the winter weather. My wife is CO native, so she's seen alot of changes. I have lived there since 1986. Thanks for all the welcome responses. Should be closing a deal with another member on his 2014 S10 this week.

'Cuz, y'alls summer temps are better than our summer temps. I went up Pike's Peak in September....and actually had to put pants on it was so cold.

Picked up a 2014 S10 the 16th from ucwinters. Bike was everything I expected and more. Added some Metzler Tourances last Saturday. Have been enjoying the bike very much, should have done this years ago. The wife and I are so happy to be back on two wheels.
