Hi - have not yet finalized purchase of 2012 Tenere but have no doubt it will close. Coming off a Varadero - put 95K km on it and put 140K km on my prior Vstrom 1000 so used to adventure bikes but certainly looking forward to no more chain and sprocket issues. Looking forward to a new season of riding.

I live in Vancouver BC so season is just starting. Have found some Touratech bags on Adventure Rider site in Portland and look forward to a ride down to pick them up.

Will check FAQs and other areas but looking for highway pegs so any help appricated. Bike has standard (?) crash bars on it.

Thanks

Good choice.
And welcome, from another ex DL1000 owner from Victoria BC. The Tenere will do the role that your DL did, only much better. The shaft drive and very good ABS were a couple of the main reasons why I also moved to the Tenere.

Welcome aboard.
We don't have much of a FAQ, but the search function works well and foot pegs are the subject of a number of threads.
