Long time FJR1300 rider, looking for better, gentle off-road, solution for motocamping adventures. Considering used Gen2 ST10. Appreciate the great advice on this forum.

Welcome, lander. I've always admired the FJRs. Have you done a lot of touring on yours, and if so, what limitations have you found?

Welcome, from Texas. Keep the FJR is you can, my second favorite bike out there. Depending on how often you have a passenger or not, and the variability of your road surfaces, you might want to go for the ES too. Preload is set stationary, but adjustment to rebound/dampening is done on the fly as needed.
