New member from Texas

Hello, New member here from the central Texas area. Just picked up a 2017 Super Tenere and am looking forward to being able to put some miles on it. I also have a Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager 1700 that I have been using for some long rides including some Iron Butt rides. I hope to use this Super Tenere for my long distance trips moving forward.

Welcome from Joshua. You have more than a few members in your area; 15-20 minutes. If the members map wasn't jacked up again, you'd be able to see where they're at. I'm betting that as you put more mile on the Tenere, she's going to become an only child. I too have a '17 Cobalt.

I hope that I enjoy this bike enough that I wouldn’t mind getting rid of the voyager. I have always preferred the looks of the cruiser style motorcycles, but I think this Super Tenere will suit the kind of riding I like doing better.

@Tx123 Nice bike! I was looking at buying that one myself but it came up for sale at the wrong time of the year for me to go to Texas and ride it back to Illinois! You got a great deal! Enjoy it!

For what they ended up selling it for, it probably would have been worth that trip. I haven’t seen another similar one priced so well. I’m very happy with it. Thank you
