Congrats. You're going to have a blast!

Rode from Philly to TN on mine last weekend. Just keeps getting better.

I'm now officially the proud owner of a 2102 Super Tenere with 3,800 miles. ::003:: My wife and I took a 2-1/2 hour test ride and both voted yes. Then we rode it 120 miles home. Pics tomorrow!

Congrats on the new Bike dragonflyTN. Glad the deal worked out for you. Now lets get a ride planned soon and see if any other TN Tenre's want to go as well. Sounds like Truegrip has some nice roads to travel, and there are plenty of good loops in middle Tennessee as well.

Yes, let's do. I'm actually heading up to Middlesboro, KY Friday AM for a long weekend ride, but we certainly need to get something planned in October or November before the winter rains set it.

Yes given its size it handles well but its not sports bike sharp. 19 inch front wheel and lots of trail for stability require some effort to throw her into corners. Change to 50 50 type tyres and it wont give you the grip of a road base tyre. Something else that will slow you around the corners.
Granted it isn't sport bike sharp! I totally agree! Compared to my Tiger1050 and Sprint ST and other bikes I've ridden, I was very surprised how flickable this big boy was. It put a big smile on my face. A bike that was harder to steer (IMO) was the Ducati Diavel. That big rear tire really likes to keep that bike going straight.
