I personally luv this helmet, have taken it to max speed in the tenere and it works great. Ur never going find a quiet helmet on a sit up bike. Unless u use good ear plugs

I always use silicon putty earplugs, but its the buffeting I have issue with on the Tenere. Thats the physical movement of the head caused by the airstream.
On the FJR I used a Caberg VR2 which was noisy , but no buffeting. The same lid on the Tenere gave me blurred vision at 50 mph. The S4 only starts buffeting at higher speeds on the Tenere, but is quieter than the VR2.

no buffeting at all with this helmet, but i do have the MRA vario screen, i can sit at 90-130mph all day lol ::022::
