i needed to buy a new Helmet and with a lot of research I went for a Shoei GT Air,wow I wish I had bought this years ago, nearly 95% of the buffering I get has gone this is with standard screen, very quiet.
I tried out a fast blast on motorway for 30 mins great hardly any shaking and buffeting nearly gone, air flow just right, very quiet ,fit snug and comfortable.
Got good price for plain white.10 out 10

Shoei makes great helmets but they just don't fit my head. I've tried two or three over the years but always end up with a hot spot on my forehead. I have an Arai head.

Funny you say that I was a Arai person and couldn't get a good fit with Shoei, however they designed the GT Air with a more neutral fit,I this fits like a glove.

I have the same helmet and had the exact same thoughts as you did when I got it.

I hope they still produce it when I have to renew mine in a couple of years. Well worth the money.
