Hi all. I'm a happy Strom rider that has been waiting to see and ride the ST. Just rode a new ST in the Black Hills for about 300 mi. Great bike! I am a little concerned about the power as compared to my Strom. Maybe being a new bike the ST will be a little stronger when broke in. Very up to date and modern and a shaft drive. I will lurk here and see what you all think of your new bikes prior to me buying one. I bought a FJR a few years back without riding or doing much research and was very disappointed. Don't want to do that again. Best of luck to each of you on your new bike. I truly believe Yamaha is a great product.

Welcome aboard!!!! Glad to have you here and hopefully you can find the info you are looking for. I have not found the SuperT to be lacking in power for my wants/needs, even coming off of a FJR.

What a great site. It didn't take long for me to see it may be time to put the Strom on the market. It may take a while but I look forward to the day I announce to all of you that I have ordered my new ST.

Mashy, As a fellow SoCal Strom owner, my Strom will be sold shortly as I can't imagine ever riding it again now that I have the XT12.
