Hey guys, I have three carbon mufflers that are scratch and dent sale.. These three have a small crack in the rear carbon end cap. They are not crushed or major crack, they have a small crack.. In the future they can be replaced as well. If your looking for a ridiculous deal, this is it.... There are three, first come first served... Let me know.. $275 ea

Are they loud? Will it affect my gen 2 reflash? Do you have a sound clip or pic you can send to chrishuffco@msn.com

Thanks,
Chris

Yamaha XT 1200 Z Super Ténéré LeoVince SBK Factory Slip On EVO II

It's loud, sorta like the Arrow slipon) without any of the 2 tips. The tips make it a tiny louder than OEM at idle, and marginally more at WOT. I can't really say because everyone's tolerances are different, but to put it simply, you can tell it's not OEM at WOT but not "OMG my neighbors are going to hate me".

Slip on alone won't mess with your flash...

Thanks Karson. Ok, dont need sound clip. Will this crack continue to spread? I'm ready to buy one.

Pretty damn good deal @ $275 ::003:: Without knowing 100%, if I noticed a tiny resin crack on my leo based on how Jaxon described, I'd be 100% content with mixing up a little jb weld and carefully touching it up with a toothpick, or if you're super concerned about looks just get a clear epoxy resin instead. I'm thinking it'd be near impossible for the CF itself to actually crack here, and if that's the case either get the replacement cap piece, or take the tiniest drill bit you have and drill at the base of it to relieve the stress.

Then, see above. But again, I can't see how the CF would crack here.

The finish on these is more matte, so small touch up way would work IMO.

:D Nah - Truth is I probably have half my bike's principal value bolted on in add-ons from him.

Nothing but good things to say about his outfit and if you're not careful on the phone, you'll run the risk finding out what the verbal version of Texas hospitality is all about. You've been warned! :)

Jaxon

Got the pipe in today. Turned out to be a titanium can instead of the carbon. Worked out great for me as I would have preferred that anyway. The crack was very small. Great deal all around.
