That looks like a really fun road/riding area. The S10 is a beast in that scenario. I find that sand really brings to light the distribution of weight on the front tire, and is especially noticeable when dropping down into a wash with unconsolidated sand. I have dropped mine a few times just like that. Its always a trade off, speed up so the momentum carries the bike over and through deep sand or slow down so it hurts less when I hit the ground.

Again thanks for sharing the video. Makes me want to get out and ride!
