2014 Super Tenere
Had a 2009 KLR that I put 4K into... it turned out pretty nice.
But I got a hair to test drive the tenere, and the rest is history.
So far I got the Yamaha Luggage (yes locks suck), Yamaha crash bar, seat concepts seat cushions (you install yourself on existing seat plate, so it's cheaper, but I don't know if I like it better than stock yet for front seat, but back seat is def worth their upgrade), Tall windshield, Bunch of covers/protectors from tourtech, lock bracket for 590LM Garmin, skid plate from Yamaha, OMG. I can't stop spending money.
Just did my first oil change and final gear oil change at 600 miles. There are 2 oil drains. Book showed one. I was confused because first one only drains out a quart. Dealership helped with phone call. The final gear oil was nasty after 600 miles. Had alot of black metal stuck on magnetic drain plug. Tricky getting it on centerstand. I've dropped it the first day on a slow turn to park. I fell into a parked car, people came out of a business to get bike off me. Not hurt, but scratched the right protector plate. However, it came off anyway to put on crashbars that day!
About me: I own Lowpriceguns. You can actually go to my website to order guns if you ever looking!
