My kick stand switch seemed to fail this AM. I am traveling in Mexico. Can someone send me a pic of where I can unplug the pig tail and jump the connectors?
Need help. Kickstand switch seems to be malfunctioning. In mexico

It's an easy fix if you remove the switch from the Frame, and take the screws off the back.
You can clean the contacts easily.
This fixed my "sidestand switch" fault error.

My problem was different. I started the bike after sitting for 2 nights on a big trip. (Day 8 of 90) It started fine in neutral it ran with clutch pulled in in first gear.
But when I let the clutch out it would stall. I Tried 3 times with same results. I sprayed the switch with WD-40 and manually cycled the switch a dozen times. Have it another spray and cycles it again a few times. I quick test ride and it was working fine, and worked fine all day.
Looking back this morning I'm confused about why it would run with the clutch and then stall if it was the kickstand switch. You think it would have stalled the second it went in gear?
I never saw any codes
