I'm assuming any naysayers are also against heated vests, grips, gloves,etc..

Actually looks like a great idea for those of us in the Southwest. I'm sure the new and improved version will be a little sleeker, but if this is viable I can see it as an option on the big cruisers and Goldwings.

My opinion: As many moving parts that it has, it's not user friendly for short rides. It would be good for large distances, where stopping for breaks is counterproductive. You'd also have to rig it into a tank bag if you had a passenger. Cold has always been a bigger issue than heat, for me.

Looks like a PITA to use. Think I will stick with a cool vest if I need one
