Jeff, MX1 Canada is the only option around from what I can find out. Cost about $315 US shipped to your door for a front and rear. In talking with them they are currently out of stock for the rears and estimating about 6-8 weeks before they get more.HoebSTer said::where and how did you get these?
Mark R. here is my attempt at cutting a K60Mark R. said:The Mitas tires are the next ones for me. I am not really happy with the K-60's, as my rear tire will last maybe 6000 miles. The K-60 rear also is so loose on the dirt, I am constantly spinning it and losing traction. It is also pretty bad in mud.
I have a tread cutting knife coming, and I am going to chop the center strip on the K-60 into sections, as well as deepen the slots that are next to the center strip, as they are almost gone. Hopefully that will give me some better traction until I get a set of Mitas tires.
Thanks for the pics.
What did you use to cut it?True Grip said:Mark R. here is my attempt at cutting a K60
As the Mitas become more available i'd like to give them a try to

Not so. They’re not full road tyres so have some limitations but these tyres do well on dry road. Wet roads I am slow and easy but find the tyres no worse then any other tyre. The tread pattern does lend to a little movement but you soon get over that and settle in with them. There is also more road noise but not unbearable. Hard braking can cause the front to squirm and move. Turn in is neutral but I haven’t made it to the full edge yet. I have done 3000km on road with them and find the wear reasonable. Can't see why I shouldn't get 10000Km out of the rear. I can't yet comment on dirt roads as I haven’t had a chance to ride on dirt. I find the price reasonable too, for Australian prices and have the added benefit of the distributor being 10km from where I live. Just a personal opinion but I think the E07 is a good all round tyre for the ST.jrb_nw said:Looks like it would be really good off road, not so great on pavement with all that void area. All comes down to what you need. Enjoy!
