I wanted symmetry so I installed the Givi Racks. You can see that there is additional space between the bike and back of the bag. You have to order SW Motech Adapter plates which convert the Givi Mount to Micatech or Trax Mount. Mine were not drilled properly and I had to oversize the holes. I will likely add a tool tube on the inside of the right bag. The bags are 37" in front and 36" in back. Not sure if I will mess with spacers or not. They look ok.

I had rattle bags so used the duck tape method. I also did not like the liner bags. They are 9" and don't fit well in the 8" bags. I'm having custom liners made and will post pictures when I get them. I bought the relflective tape kit which was supposed to be precut. They are precut for 10" bags. If you get 8" bags, you have to trim the four front and back stickers.

Looks good. I must say I'm a "symmetry man" myself.

Do the Givi racks have a quick-removal option or do they stay put after the bags are removed?

There is a small bracket that bolts to the passenger footpeg. The rack has a quick turn release on that bracket and two receptacles that mount on the grab rail. There is also a quick release on a cross bar between the bags. So 4 quick releases on each side. The SW Motech Adapter stay bolted to the Givi Racks.

Can you post a side view of the bike/bags please?
Thank you.
I don't have any good side view pictures right now except for the one below without the bags. The one with the bags looks like that covered up with the bag.
