So the first time getting service done at Bert's mega mall, CA. I mentioned to him about the issues I had with pasadena Yamaha and the owner and his son being racist and they comments they made last time I was there. It was super nice to have have someone listen to me and apologize for what happen. Shoot me an email and will see what we can do :D 20200911_100124.jpg

I have nothing but good to say about Berts. Both purchasing and service experience have been stellar.

Zero issues but they didnt have enough help to get the rest of work done. They use to be bad 10 years ago most of there of stuff was 30% over priced with bad sale people. The rep here treated me like a king and was genuine. I have an email to write up and explain my story.

Well update on this tread asked for an update from the district manager for west region Justin Zeman and he told just to contact the corporate office. It sucks because he seemed genuinely concerned with my issues with Pasadena Yamaha. Well I spoke too soon like many things now a days its money over people.

I don't know about your problem, or what you were hoping to achieve.

I do know about how things work in the car dealer world, which I can only assume is fairly similar to moto dealers. The most mama brands can do in the majority of bad situations is use their allocated goodwill budget to throw a little bit of money at things. That's about it.
