In an effort to increase highly valued valued riding time, I wash mine with rain.

I use the Honda Spray Cleaner/Polish also known as "The Original" on my Matte Graphite Street Triple. It works great leaving a slight gloss but no real shine. It beads moisture too.

I just used an old bottle of Nufinish on the tank when I first got my 2013 S10, to help protect against tank bag abrasion. Nufinish didn't cause any immediate issues, and I've not used anything but Honda Spray Cleaner/Polish since. I assumed that being fiberglass gel coat safe meant that NuFinish didn't have much in the way of abrasives....
I also use the Honda spray polish for everything - it's been my weapon of choice for more than a decade now for anything that needs cleaning or polishing. It does a super job of actually restoring (and not just putting a shiny coating onto) matte black plastic bits.
