I bought my S10 around 40k and I’m clicking over in the 50s now. I’ve been plenty diligent about fluids, however this manual cam chain tensioner ought to require a twist or two every once in a while should it not? Thing is.. it’s in tricky spot to get to with my collection of sockets. Anybody come up with a clever way to get at it without lifting the tank? Trying to avoid removing crash bars to move side covers to access tank bolts to get on the tensioner. Who’s got a better way? Also what is rule of thumb on manual CCT tension? Thanks

I set mine initially, haven’t adjusted since, if i hear rattles on start up, I might check my chain tension & check valves while i got the cover off. So far so good, its been 4 years
