Mak10 pillion rack

A few have asked for dimensions of the pillion rack that I built and run on my bike.
I first made a template out of 1/4 foamboard to make sure it fit with my Givi rear rack.

I used a piece of 3/16 aluminum 14"x14".
The holes are design and I wanted to have something to run my straps through. If I ran a rotopax I would need a different mounting in the center for the mount.

Rear hole spacing is 7"
Front hole spacing is 8"
Hole size is 1/4"
Front to back hole spacing is 9 5/8"

I curved the front to match my seat.

Next you need some standoffs.
I used 1/2" od pipe.
Front standoff 2 7/8" long
Rear standoff 2" long
Front bolt 4"
Rear bolt 3"
I used stainless Allen head bolts-that's what I had.
