::004:: from another Pacific Northwesterner. Lots of Super Tenere owners in this area that can give you all kinds of advice. PM NorthwestCajun and he can give you all kinds of specifics about coming off of a KLR. All I know for sure is that you won't regret pulling the trigger on a Tenere.

Welcome from Iowa. Went to the dealer yesterday and an '09 KLR was parked in the lot. It looked...archaic. But everyone knows they're rock solid reliable!

Welcome on, eastwa from east Wa. I hope your transition to a Super Tenere is quick and relatively inexpensive. I know it will be painless. Let us know when you get it. ::004:: to the Forum. R ::022::

Welcome my new friend from E Washington, and fellow "don't own a bike yet". We'll get there.

Some times I wish I'd've kept my KLR too. But I am limited to only one bike and am pretty darned happy with the S10. Welcome to the forums and greetings from the D.C. area.

Welcome aboard!!!! ::004::

Good lookin' KLR! As others have suggested, it might be good to keep it as well, if you can swing it.

Good luck!!!

Congrats, I sent you a PM. Make sure the front end is installed and tight, as well as bar ends and handlebars as these need to be assembled at dealer. Any questions, fire away!!!
Enjoy

Found the camera, and snapped a few pics.
1 week old today.

Nice bike!
I really like the gray - only color yet that may have swayed me away from my blue. Really nice!

Steve (the guy on the red Victory) and I ran to Boise-Stanley-Missoula- last week, a total of aprox. 950 miles.
Leaving today for Bend/Crater Lake.
I have 1400 miles on it this AM.
Need to get highway pegs of some sort, and figure out handlebars/risers - my throttle wrist is killing me.
Otherwise, I am loving it.
