I can walk you through it over the phone if you like... I dont have any instructions or video. What brand manual did you pick up, I only ask because different brands have different pitch bolts, intern will be a different "set up" when adjusting.

@sergeyd :Not a video, but here I talk about the post I followed to change my ACT to MCT.

I also posted a pic of the service manual that shows where to align the sprocket for the right position to change the tensioner. DO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION ABOUT TENSIONING THE CHAIN on the post I linked on the other discussion.

honestly, I don't think I'm going to get it over the phone. I'm not that technical and good at mechanical things :)
Thank you thought.

The only thing that bothers me about the manual CCT is knowing exactly how much tension to apply. Too much would be bad as well I presume. Does the 3 degrees or less crank movement before the timing chain moves apply to the Super Tenere too? This bit is a fuzzy to me still. I had an old Yamaha XS750 triple with a manual tensioner, but it had tensioner spring. You would loosen the lock nut and then from a prescribed crank position rotate the crank slightly until the spring pushed the tensioner plunger in a bit. You then tightened down the lock nut again. i don't think that spring was very strong, just enough to take up any slack.
