Kudos to Parabellum

I called Parabellum Monday morning, and told them I was leaving for a trip on Saturday, and asked them if I ordered a windshield, and had it shipped express, I could get it in time for my trip? They said sure. ??? Then I asked them if they could cut 1 inch off the top and still get it to me in time for my trip. Again they said yes. ??? ??? Guess what? Today is Wednesday, and its on my bike ready to go. ::012:: They did fast and it was right. Their efforts are appreciated . Thanks Parabellum. ::008::

I have a 20 inch Parabellum and like it a lot. I would like to try a 22 inch, so before anybody cuts theirs down, please let me know, as we could swap if that is what you are looking for. I have the Wasp adjuster, so could easily lower it if the 22 turned out to be a bit too tall.

Never done business with Parabellum, but that's top-notch service and will keep them in mind if I start looking for a better touring screen than the OEM aftermarket option I swap between now.


Only similar example I've had is with Hippo Hands - saved my paws big time last year for a impromptu November trip.
