Re: Klim Badlands Pro

This is an awesome jacket, guys. I have one. Long story ... dealer ordered it for someone else and he didn't want it and I got a hell of a deal and my seriously cheaper one got cut off me in the accident last year and yada yada ... anyway, if you're serious about protection and waterproofness, etc., this is the boy. Good luck, Z06. Go for it. R ::008::

I'm down to 230lbs. How much more do I gotta lose to fit into XL?

Been buy 2XL for years. Can't get my head around being small enough for XL.

I'm a large @ 6'1" 200 on my Traverse. Fit's perfect. But to be sure, check out their measurement chart:

Tempted as heck! I'm just barely on the other side of the scale for XL, according to chart.

But this just might keep the incentive for sticking to my weight loss regime?
Nice gear. Kinda wish it was more greeeeeen. I like high viz. but dang that's a nice jacket!

Looks like you're right there, Snake - go for it!

A nice reward for your weight loss efforts and motivation to keep going...

Love my Latitude setup - Klim makes great stuff, and that's a great price.
Very un-KLR ;)

Re: Klim Badlands Pro

I've been convinced! You guys are something else.
I'll take it.

I never have purchased any high quality gear other than full leathers.
(Track day clothing)
But at the rally, I was pretty envious of that Klim gear I DIDN'T win. :)

Hey if it does not end up fitting you, let me know. I may take it off your hands. Although I would have to come over and try it on first. :)

Justed watched the Revzilla review of this jacket (again) - what a sweet piece of gear!

Welcome to the Klim Billboard Club, Snake - you're gonna love it - let us know how it works for ya.

I see Snake has been Bitten (aw, maaaannn) by the Klim bug. Congrats. This is a serious piece of attire. It will feel heavy when you put it on, but once you're riding, you won't notice it. You WILL feel protected. Enjoy. R. ::026::

This is spot on. Exactly how my Latitude feels - good airflow though, I wear it year 'round in the Florida heat and humidity - once you're moving it's all good...

Ok, so who has my pants? :)

You know who you are. Give em up.

Oh, and I'm sitting in a waiting room IGNORING the donuts offered for the customers.

Got a pair of Latitude 36" regular length I've been thinking about selling. Love, love, love the pants and will replace them with the long version. 6' with a 32" inseam and they pull up my shin a bit too high when I'm seated.

I have the gray ones. Note, these pants fit almost like my Fieldsheer leather touring pants - they are not over pants and have a touring cut vs. a more motocross cut.

Just a head's up as you search for your pants, and I don't know if it extends to the entire Klim line, but there is a pretty significant amount of waist adjustment with these pants.

My 36s fit me with the waist adjusters at full-loose when I was just over 200 pounds. Now, at 178 they fit with the adjusters cinched about half-way. For reference, I've gone from a tight 38 in Dockers to a loose 36 bordering on a 34...

Again, just an FYI - and good luck on completing your kit!

I guess this is what I get for being late to the party. I would have been all over this jacket. If it doesn't fit Snake, keep me in mind. Coastie could swim in an XL. ::025::
