What are you guys doing for replacement keys? Is there a generic key blank available at one of the big box stores that they can cut for me
Some have reported success at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. I didn't have any luck there, but I went to a regular locksmith who had the blanks to cut the key.camardelle said:What are you guys doing for replacement keys? I can't speak for the newer bikes but my 2013 doesn't have anything like that in the U.S. Just a normal key.Kox said:I was under the impression, that the ST has som kind of electronically immobilizer (don't know the proper word in english) in the key? I got a red key with my ST and was told to never ever loose that key -since it has to be used to program new keys with.
Am I missing the point or is the immobilizer a European thing?
