Yep, had a 1000 Versys before getting my S10
Lovely smooth crisp 4 cylinder engine....probably the best engine ive ever had in a motorcycle if im honest.
Could go around roundabouts in 3rd gear smoothly!
Was a superb bike but i couldnt live with the ugly looks. ( in my eyes anyway ).
If that engine was in a true adventure machine like the S10 then wow.

the second generation Versys is a good looking bike. ..mind you it couldn't have looked any worse than its predecessor ::025::

I had the Z1000 prior to the S10 and I LOVED LOVED LOVED that engine. I seriously considered going the Versys 1000 route but really wanted shaft drive.

Ahhhh but the blue ones like mine are the pretty ones.
Its the other colours that tend not to be so handsome.

Mines BLUE too...undoubtedly the best colour
