Are you talking about what looks like stress cracking? A few questions. What are the road surface's like... what are you like when cornering... and why 30psi. Depending on a couple of those answers... I'd say you're getting way to close when checking the condition of your tires. Until a chasm down to belt shows up, or an entire lug tears off, I think you're good to go. ::008::

The 60s wear fast for the first two thousand miles, then they all but stop wearing out. Unless you ride daily dirt, then they will go pretty fast.

Yea. Don't run those high air temps. 32/36psi is just right on pavement. Mine wore the same way with that cracking. Just kept on riding. Never affected anything and lasted a long time.

Ok I tried these pressures but way to harsh a ride. Really bumpy on all but perfect roads. Dropped to 35f/38r and much better.
You can tune a lot of that harshness out with suspension changes too. Using the tires as part of your active suspension, while appropriate in some contexts, shouldn't be your go-to tune for ride comfort.

What is cold tearing?
Generally its from running too high a tire pressure. Basically the contact patch is too small to properly heat the entire tire carcass. Suspension can also be a cause as well as "hot tear" i.e. too low a tire pressure but that is very seldom on a street biased bike. Way too hard to over heat a tire due to under inflation while normal street riding.
