Yesterday and today I pointed the bike at some unmaintained and unopened road allowances... I was less than daring, but only because I was alone. I found out that it can be difficult to manhandle the bike around on a narrow sandy trail when alone. Nevertheless, it was a good time! The bike handles well on less than ideal road surfaces. I should probably invest in a skid plate, engine crash bars and some bark busters.

I ride solo most of the time too. I'm getting better at learning to turn around when the conditions warrant.
