Hi folks
Oh my God! It has taken me one hour trying to get back on this forum. I changed phone a couple of years ago and couldn't get it to work on the new one. Bloody cookies or something. I've always preferred fig rolls.
Anyway...I'm back!!
On my 3rd Super 10 now. Sold the last one in January with 171,000 miles on it.
Hope all is well with you all.
Best wishes. Stu

Welcome back That's impressive. Did you have any major problems with any of them?

So...here it is.
I did 171,000 on my 2011 Super Tenere (bought it with 2,000 miles on it).
Only real problem was a couple of coils packed in, and an argument with a Deer. That bike NEVER had a valve check in all the time I owned it, and it was still running fine when I sold it a few months ago.

I had two Tenere's at one point (long story). The other one was a 2014 and I did about 40,000 miles on that. Again, NO problems at all.

My current Tenere has 52,000 miles on it and is a 2016 model. I bought it about 6 months ago with 41,000 on it. NO problems so far. I might spoil this one and actually do a valve check on it at some point.:)

So, collectively, I have done approx 222,000 miles on the Super Tenere 1200. I guess that is why I keep buying them. Great bikes!!

I abandoned a few forums when the data breaches at a few large forum owning companies like vertical scope caused insane, overly complex password requirements with quarterly password changes. Apparently some folks were using the same simple password on forums as they were for their internet banking and lost money. For me, a 12 character complex password for a hobby forum that needs changed every 90 days is too much of an inconvenience.

Welcome back. I just came back myself. I haven't ridden much the last few years due to work and covid pausing the two rallies I used to go to.

Welcome back Stu, hope your well. 171,000 miles that’s absolutely amazing …… Mines just turned 101,000 miles Had valve check done at 24k all spot on and haven’t had them checked since. Getting it booked in end of next month to have them checked for the second time. Absolutely no problems with mine either, such great bikes.

I'm a new ST owner. I just bought a 2013 with 2k on it. Look forward to putting as many miles on it as you.

Welcome back. Oddly enough, all of your previous post from years past are still there. :)
