Yes, crazy, but today was the first time I've ever sat on a Tenere. I've ridden with folks that have them, but I know better than to ask for a ride too soon, less I get the lust too early and not in accordance with my financial plan. :D

I was out and about and stopped in at a dealer that had a Tenere sitting out front. I didn't get a chance to talk to the lone sales guy since he was on the phone the whole time, but I did take a sit. The seat will be going in the high position for me. The ergos felt good. It came off the center stand easily...you all know these things already.

I also checked out the Husqvarna TE310. One amazing thing about that bike is that it has a little rear brake lever right above the clutch lever. Ingenious! Motocross boots make it hard to actuate the rear brake. Isn't progress grand?

For now I'll go back to dreaming and wait for Spring.

You did good, old son. It's about time you parked your butt on one of those boys. Uh, you didn't mention what color it was? We're going to have to know that. Okay, you're hooked. Better getter done. R ::026::

Make sure you get a black or blue and black :)

I like that little rear brake lever right above the clutch lever on the Husqvarna, would be nice to have that on my ST, I was told it wouldn't be easy, the ST brake system is too complex.

Naw, that's just for hooligans who like to ride everywhere on one wheel. O0

I have an iron will (ask my wife). If you guys start throwing up numbers it'll force me to beat you all. I just finished a kitchen tile job that I bought the tile for a year ago... I am the epitome of patient, or lazy, whichever you want to call it. :D

I never declare anything to my wife, other than my undying love..
If I do anything it comes as such a surprise, she love me big time...
