I can't answer your question but are you looking to remove them because the lock fell in? If so, there's an easier solution posted on here somewhere but I can't remember exactly what it is. I'm no good today at all ::010::

I think you can reach in with a small screwdriver and move the latch without the lock in place. Happened to me once cause I didn't use any locktite on those tiny little screws. ::010::

Does the other end of the pin look the same? Looks like a simple job for a drift punch and hammer. A round steel tool found in the chisel isle. Get one that is very close to the diameter of the pin you are drifting. Don't think there should be any cutting involved. ::008::
Oh, and make sure the pin part of the drift punch is long enough to drift the pin all the way through.

You might want to be double sure you can buy just the lid before you go taking it apart. Depending on the damage, you might be wise to accept it and ride on, toss a sticker on there, or go have it sprayed with bedliner material, etc. The bike is meant to be used, and they get their marks and scratches over time.

If anyone is interested I have a broken Right-side OEM pannier (silver). It is broken similar to T9's pannier but the lid on mine is good. The replacement pannier is $400... ask me how I know.
