Greetings from South Carolina! I pick up my Raven S10 a week from today. It's going to be a loooong week! This will be my first Yamaha. Grew up as a Honda guy. Had several Honda dirt bikes and four wheelers as a kid. First street bike was a Honda Rebel 450 when I was 17. Then moved up to a CBR 1000. Big move up. Had a couple of CBR's then went the cruiser route with a VTX 1800. Then went the eurpean route and had an Aprilia, KTM and Triumph. Ready to get back to something more reliable and less maintenance. I'm 38 now and THINK I have finally figured out what I want in a bike. The sport bikes were just too much. Got tired of ginding the foot pegs off the cruisers in the curves. Hoping the Tenere will be exaclty what I'm looking for. Will find out 7 days from now!

Upstate, near Greenville. Have a buddy that lives just outside of Beaufort. Planning a trip down there when it warms up a bit. Might even make it down to Charleston.
