How to fix a wrecked pannier

Here is a little give back to the forum. I took a spill and wrecked a pannier. It was a Bumot which is built like a tank and the opening was bent out of square, so the top would not close. Here is how I fixed it. In the pictures it is hard to see, but the blocks are a little less than 90 degrees in the pannier opening corners so the jack could push it past square and it would spring back to square. The other ends of the blocks where the jack is are 90 degrees to the diagonal across the case so the jack would stay put. Worked fantastic. You can not tell it was ever bent.
