Ok - how to build your own LED Headlight cover
You need a 1.5" PVC pipe cap - the type that with a little bit of round top and it fits on the outside of a 1.5" PVC pipe.
You also need a 2.25 hole cutter
Take you standard cover, with the back (facing the rider) side up and center drill it out with the 2.25 hole cutter. It should just fit inside the finger grips.
Now cut about 1/4 to 3/8 off the open end of the PVC pipe cap.
Glue the cap in the hole you cut out of the standard cover.
Now install your LED lights.
