63.75 and enjoying retirement, the Tenere has Been great so far.
Inspiration to us all!JimBow said:I am 76 years young! My Red '15 Tenere has 38,000 on it. 90% pavement and 10% graded gravel. My Red'14 Yamaha FJR has 42,000 on it. 80,000 miles in the last 3.5 years! I love them both. The Tenere is easier on my knees (not as bent) on long rides. Switch my Air Hawk seat cushion from bike to bike--great investment! Have a Givi Trunk case I switch from bike to bike (has my emergency stuff in it). This summer I will maybe ride another 10-15,000 on the Tenere--have to get all the riding in I can while I still can!

My 2014 ES is one of the best bikes I have ever owned.

Congratulations you seem to be doing very well ! There is some very helpful information available on this board so I thing it would be a very good idea to read it a little more often. We did Prudehoe Bay in 2016 other than raining every day it was a great trip for us.wak said:I am 71. This is my first post here. My 2012 S10 has 42k miles on it. My 2011 Kawasaki Concours has 125k miles on it. In mid June I will be going up to Prudhoe Bay on the Tenere and that will be the start of my IBA UCC (ultimate Coast to Coast) that will end in Key West, Florida. Then head back home to Oregon. 12k miles plus total. 23 days. Yes, I'm addicted and lucky for me my wife supports my habit. I'm not a computer person, I should look at this site more often then once a year.
I agree, if nothing go's "crack" when you get on, you dont qualify.Nikolajsen said:No no no...you 3 last guys are way to yong to have a S10
::026:: If I don't groan or hear crunching sounds like that of a bag of cornflakes being stood on from my knees then I'll assume I died in my sleep. Then it's the shoulder and elbows that follow shortly after.Grumpy said:I agree, if nothing go's "crack" when you get on, you dont qualify.
