How much torque needed in handlebar bolts?

Hi All,
I'm going to replace two of the stick bolts that secure the handlebar with ram-mount balls + hex bolt. I'm doing this in two of them. The farthest forward owns (left + right).

- What's the torque I need to adjust the new bolts at?
