I have had the handle "troll" for about 40 years. It was given to me by a couple of young women that thought I looked like a troll doll. I had very long hair and am short and squat. The handle stuck and at the time was carved into the club house bar along with all the other charter members names or handles. It lives on, I am the troll...
Sort of a cross between Lowell George of Little Feat and Bob Seger and this guy i went to school with
that had a beard in JR High that was able to pass age to get BEER!. ::015::
My user name was out of frustration as well so i picked a completely off the wall combination, being a musician I went with (Ramseybella)..

Dutch for motorcycling. According to Wiki; "
In the developed world, motorcycling goes beyond being just a mode of motor transportation or sport. It is also leisure activity and numerous subcultures and lifestyles have evolved around the use of motorcycles. Although mainly a solo activity, motorcycling can be very social and motorcyclists tend to have a strong sense of community with each other." Quite true isn't it!?

I used to trap gophers in my moms orange grove. Was always happy when i killed one, sadistic i know, but they would dig and our animals would break ankles because of it. Anyway, I dug a hole in the side of a hill once and realized how much fun I had digging in the dirt. Built all kinds of underground forts on her property, burried all kinds of stuff. It was a blast.
Hence, Happy Gopher. Use it on probably 10+ forums.

The phonetic alphabet (police/aviation/military lingo) for my first and last names, both of which start with "B". ;)

If I had used the same theory/ NATO alphabet, I'd be: Hotel Hotel Hotel ::)

I guess I understand why we didn't go the other way around right BB?! ;D

I raced off-road enduros for many years, threading the needle through hardwoods at speed. Once in a while, I'd tag a tree (it was inevitable) with a handlebar, busting the bark off accordingly. I didn't slay many competitors, but I took my share of bark.

Basically it is my family name - Sleap. Snooze or variations of it has been my nickname since high school.

Part of my last name - Stomp and my first AAMRR race number 347. My number came from a bunch of guys drinking beer in a garage, trying to determine a number. Wellllll......there just happened to be a Yoshimura box in the garage.....3';47.....taaaa daaaaaaaaaa.

I played Deus Ex when I was younger and really liked the name of one of the AIs in the game (Helios) so I started using it. I then found out that it was taken as usernames pretty frequently so I just tossed "The" at the beginning of it. This is also before I knew Helios, along with Daedalus, are part of Greek Mythology.

As you may guess I'm a bit of a fan of Canada's finest rock trio the mighty 'RUSH', so I picked a short, easy to remember 'name' from one of their albums (probably the greatest). I nearly went for 'Grace under pressure' but the avatar doesn't show up too well and it's a bit of a shonky album to be honest, not one of their best... (cue tirades of furious anger from 'GUP' loving Rush fans on the forum).

You won't hear anything from me about GUP, but I do think that both Snakes & Arrows and Clockwork Angels are a return to form for the boys.

Uhhhh........... I race? Well I used to, about 35 years worth. In the early days of the internet, there were a lot of chat rooms, one was motorcycle related. To "enter the room" you had to sign in with a handle. I came up with Racer the first night. I also use it on other forums. Thanks for asking!
